Who Holds the Nails?
“Who
Holds the Nails?” is an original Easter Drama written by the Rusty Myers of SOTW Productions. Set in the Roman Province of Judea in 31 AD, Who Holds the Nails is an “outside the box” look
at the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ from the point of view of Centurion Justus Rustius Longinus, and Miriam of Migdal (Mary
Magdalene). Centurion Justus is forced to make the ultimate decision any father can
make, to order his son to his death to save his legion. At the cross, he will meet another Son. Sent by God to
save all of mankind! As we share their experiences and observations, we are reminded of the way Christs’
death affected us all.

The Centurions Address
An experienced centurion meets his troops and explains the facts of
life to them, Roman Style. Based on scenes from the book Legion by William Altimari, the Centurions address is
a seven minute monolog that defines why the soldiers are doing what they are doing, how Rome defines them, and more importantly
how they define themselves. An excellent piece around the camp fire!
