PRESENTATIONS:  Will be tailored to meet your specific needs and time frames.  Discussion periods as well as instructional time can be added, as our re-creators have intimate knowledge of the Characters they portray.

FEES:  We do not set a specific fee.  Our Church presentations do not contain "commercials" or pleas to purchase materials, and we appreciate the consideration of a love offerring. 

Historic Presentations or Re-enactments, or filming/photo shoots will be billed based on manpower necessary, costume rented, and equipment needed.  Please contact us for more information.  Contact us regarding SAG issues if necessary.

OTHER EXPENSES: Other expenses we do ask that you cover if they are incurred.  These fees are: Air travel, lodging, airport parking, and any additional baggage fees, all of which will be charged at actual cost.  We do not expect five star dining or hotels, and will work with you and whatever your facility can provide.

MILEAGE: Sixty cent per mile if the venue is within reasonable driving distance, and/or including to and from the Charleston airport for flights, as needed.  While this is more than most mileage rates, we are toting a 16*7 Enclosed trailer full of Props and Costumes that EATS gas!!

PER DIEM:  Rate is $37 per day, per person when full meals are not provided in the contract.  We are happy to eat at your facility or be fed by your people if possible.

All specifics and details will be drawn up as an official contract between your organization and SOTW Productions, with payment for traveling, per diem, and lodging expenses calculated and agreed to due a minimum of two weeks before the time of the presentation(s).  Re-enactment planning, and film presentations will require payment as defined by contract.
