- Re-enactor Roman Tent Deal: Reenactors attending Castra Romana can elect
to purchase a Roman Papilio Tent from Panther Primitives through SOTW by ordering at least one month before the event.
Tents are $225 plus shipping (to be determined based on the number actually ordered and split evenly). SOTW will not
make any money from these tents, they are offerred at our dealer cost to help us all improve our impression!! Tent Info:
Panther Primitives Papilio Tent 9' W * 9' L, Peak height 6'4", Wal Height 24", 10.38oz Sunforger Canvas. This does
NOT include set up poles or stakes, the Panther Set up kit is $120, but we can send you the pole dimensions we use on ours
that we make, and you can bring them to the event with tent pegs and rope for MUCH less. Check or money order or Paypal
is fine, contact the Centurio for additional details. These are the same soldier Papilios you all saw at last year's

IMPORTANT NEWS:
- Packing and setup dates and times: Loadout Wednesday, 14 November, stay at Centurio's Principia.
Out to the site 0800 Thursday for setup. Friday set-up and friday evening jollification, Saturday event and Feast.
Sunday Afternoon take down, monday 19 November unload.
- Romans In Training: We have about 10 extra sets of armour for persons who attended as a viewer
last year, but want to be more involved this year. If you want to try spending the weekend wearing the iron of rome,
contact us. You have to be 17 or older. We need to push this for 2006!!!
- Pre-Registration Deadline: 1 September
- Feast Registration: 1 October (50 Slots)
- Registration and Waiver Forms due at Event or before
No cost to re-enactors except $2 park fee. Donations are appreciated to offset costs.
