Ordering from SOTW:
Please review our policies and procedures prior to ordering, by viewing our pages and/or placing an order, you are
acknowledging your review and acceptance of these policies. You can find them on the policies page of the website.
1. Click on the "Add to Cart" buttons under each item (if there is no button, or some other problem occurs,
email us direct and we can total it up for you and help you bypass the shopping cart).
2. When you finish shopping, click on the "View Cart" button (it is at the bottom of EVERY page
in the site if you cannot find it, and other places besides)
3. Follow the Instructions to order through the Paypal service. Got Questions about Paypal? check
out www.paypal.com for details. You can pay with credit card through the paypal service, and you NO LONGER HAVE TO REGISTER. Paypal
now allows one time payments, so none of your personal data goes to paypal. The entire system is secure. Indeed,
no one at SOTW even sees your credit card number!
4. Or to pay by check, money order, or Major Credit Card, simply got to the order page or download an order form
to the right, fill it out, and call fax or mail it in!. We do accept personal and business checks, as well as money
orders. Checks, including cashiers' checks, must clear the bank. Sorry, we got taken on an international cashiers'
check once!
5. Sit back an relax! Your order will ship ASAP! Remember to inquire about availability before you
order 2nd day or next day air! Some items must be custom built or ordered. Feel free to inquire about availability
or shipping dates. Please Remember to review our Policy page.
International Shipment Notes: Effective 11/23/2007 we will only accept overseas international
orders on a case by case basis. This is directly due to the value of a US Dollar and the fact that we cannot afford
to lose money on international shipments. Please inquire by email before ordering on any international order (excluding
Canada, who will recieve items as usual).
A note on UPS Track Numbers: We always have UPS email these, but more and more they seem
to get caught by SPAM filters and deleted. Even our return emails are sometimes deleted due to the links in them.
Please be aware of this problem and ask if you have not recieved an email notice from UPS after we said it had shipped.
Inquiring about an order Already Placed:
Please remember that we are getting old... and cannot remember
every email or the details of what joe six pack@ alzheimers.com ordered! When inquiring about an order, please include your REAL name,
date of the order, order number, paypal number, and a copy of the paypal shopping cart reciept, anything that will
jog our memory (Date is the most important, even if you say "first week of January". If you do not have all that, send
what you do. You would be amazed at the number of emails we get that
say:"Any news on my order?"... and nothing more...

SOTW reserves the right not to do business with unsavory and/or untrustworthy
people as designated and defined by us. This includes folks who use excessive foul language, accuse us of dishonesty,
or who behave in an unreasonable rude manner (unfortunately Paintball seems to be degrading more and more and my employees
are not paid to be cursed at by anyone, including me!). We are very open and honest about who we are, how we do business,
and what we expect. Legalese is on the site, but we expect our dealings to be tantamount to a handshake. This
is rarely a problem, but once or twice a year we get someone who is unreasonably hostile and rude, and we reserve the
right to refund folks like that and not do business with them.
