During your order's construction and shipping
phase (for custom items), you will receive periodic updates by email. This allows you to know the approximate shipping date
of your item, percent complete, any delays that occur, and more! You may want to ask about progress too, as the computer is
the last thing we do, and during peak production times, we tend to forget... Sorry, not perfect! and most folks want
me building... not pecking on the keyboard!! We hope this service allays your concerns when parts get back ordered or
we have a production delay on a custom product. We want you to be right there with us on the production floor, and this will
keep you updated on where we are. Most of our products are custom made! This means that it takes time, and delivery
dates can be affected by parts delays, remakes, national disasters, hurricanes (we are in South Carolina), and other issues,
and we ask for your understanding when these issues arise. Over time we have gotten to the point of carrying some inventory,
but may still require time to make and deliver your order. We are also dependant on a number of suppliers who experience
the same issues we do. Fear Not!! We deliver.
After delivery, should a question arise

Finally, while we strive for quality, we
recognize that sometimes things happen (like for example when a parcel delivery service ran over a LawGiver). Just
notify the parcel service if the package is damaged, and email us so we can go to work for you! You
must notify the carrier ASAP!! This allows us to help you get your SOTW system repaired, replaced, or running
the way it should. Just fill out the form to the right and we will get to you ASAP!!
A note on foreign customs. We cannot
explain why some countries take months, and some take hours. Order delays incurred by customs are not the fault of SOTW,
as we pack and note everything properly or the shippers will not even accept it. Please do get angry with us over your
country's custom system, as we had nothing to do with it being done that way. Tracking stuff in foreign systems is nearly
impossible, so often we will only be able to tell you it has "Entered forein customs at XX date".
As always we may be reached by
phone, fax, or email. Generally EMAIL is best. We are a machine shop, not a retail store and our
hours vary greatly, and if the machines are in operation, we can not answer the phone (safety issues), indeed, we cannot even
