Unlined, made of clay from Judea. Fired to a low temp hardness, as real inexpensive Roman ware would be done. We coat them with a bit of beeswax on request, or you can do it yourself, to give them a bit of "waterproofing". Perfect period feastware for the Roman Soldier. safe to eat off of, but requires good cleaning. Looks great in camp or at your Triclena. The first of our new BRUTALLY AUTHENTIC items.
